1. The purpose of monitoring subsidence?
 The measurement of subsidence, shifting floor and measuring works, should be carried out according to a specific program for the following purposes:
- Determine the value of the settlement, shifting the absolute and relative of the floor and works than the value calculated according to their design;
- Find out the cause of subsidence, shifting and their threat level for the normal work of home and work on that basis, offering solutions with the aim of preventing such incidents may occur;
- Identify the specific parameters necessary for the stability of the ground and buildings;
- Making more accurate data characterizing the physical properties of soil;
- Use as test data calculation methods, determine the value of the settlement, shifting the limit allowed for the type of soil and various works.
