Thuong Cat company was formed from a group of architects, engineers graduating from the University of Architecture in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2009, the company began operating and won the architectural design HCM City Stock Exchange immediately in that year. Initially thrives on design and construction of building townhouses and villas, with creativity and sense of responsibility have been satisfied investors.

According to the development trend of economic and organizational models, Thuong Cat has transformed organizational model from Limited to Corporation building architecture & testing Thuong Cat. The company developed the field of construction consultancy services and expertise has received multiple contract construction consulting and inspection work like: monitoring the Vung Tau resorts, experiment the Cho Ray Hospital , test the equipment of building Bitexco, drill the concave of Samco building, construction of the building inspection office Thanh Nien newspaper, surveys the current state of European works Vietnam building, verifying Ischool school buildings,Construction supervision of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy,....
