Do not have the capacity certificate, enterprises have been involved in the project?
The Ministry of Construction responds to this issue as follows:
Under the provisions of Clause 2, Article 10 of the Construction Ministry's Circular No. 17/2016 / TT-BXD of June 30, 1960, guiding the capability of organizations and individuals engaged in construction activities, the organizations Eligibility for certificates of capability to participate in construction activities in the fields specified in this Article, for projects requiring only the elaboration of economic-technical reports on investment in the construction of grade-IV works; Projects on the repair, renovation or maintenance of grade-IV works, when the persons in charge of specialized domains of the organizations meet the capability conditions suitable to such domains.
For construction designing of category III works, organizations must satisfy the conditions prescribed in Clause 3, Article 61 of the Government's Decree No. 59/2015 / ND-CP of June 18, 2015 on management the construction investment project, and the construction activity grade III construction permit certificate for the type of construction works.
