The director's 'two in one' home

In the context of increasingly expensive office rents, the director of a design company in Tan Phu district chose a solution to combine the office and the housing in an 86 m2 house.

Five-storey house, in the west, inspired by hot sun. To avoid the sun and ensure ventilation, the architects arranged horizontal bar and greenery on the facade of the building.

Thanks to the lam system, when the lights up at night, the work becomes more prominent.

Inside the house, to ensure privacy and safety of the living space, the architect creates two separate traffic flows. The office floors use stairs before and after the house. Homeowners use private elevators and stairs.

The ground floor is for parking. The upper two floors are for offices.

Working space is arranged to make full use of tables and chairs, shelves available company.

Besides, the architect put more pieces of glass and trees, just to get natural light and create a sense of relaxation when working.

The space above is for the director's family consisting of him and his wife and two daughters.

In order for the children to have a place to play and love their home more, the architect turns the often-forgotten spaces like the staircase into a relaxing, reading area.

Inspired by the father's corporate logo color, the design team used yellow as accents on white and gray backgrounds to color the entire house. The vibrant colors of the interior create contrast with the white exterior of the home.

The architect also put in smart furniture like folding tables near the kitchen. Thanks to that, the mother can watch her children study even while cooking.
