It is expected that by 2019 Thu Thiem 2 Bridge will be completed along with the inauguration of the central square in 2020 to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Liberation of South Vietnam.

Thu Thiem Bridge is invested by Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company in the form of BT construction contract. The bridge has a total length of 1,465m, designed with 6 lanes, main span with stay cable structure and reinforced concrete spans. Total investment is more than 4,260 billion.
