IR Arquitectura (Argentina) has taken advantage of the small area left from an old house to turn into a beautiful apartment and not cramped.

Initially, the space for the apartment was vacant after the building was divided into different spaces.

The building is located on the corner of the street so this apartment has a triangle, beveled in front.

To make the most of the unusual shape, the company expanded the front with a curved design balcony.

The apartment is only 18m2 but after having this part of the balcony has increased the area to 25m2.

The curved white grid on the front of the apartment still helps people inside to watch the street, absorb natural light but still ensure privacy.

The apartment has a small area so the interior is placed based on two inner walls.

The space in the middle of the apartment is the living room location.

The apartment has a kitchenette, a bathroom located behind the kitchen.

Refrigerators and washing machines are placed behind white painted doors with blue handles

To save space, a collapsible dining table is also arranged next to the kitchen

Bookshelves are placed along a wall forming a small library

The stepping platform is placed behind the bookshelf. The lower design forms a place to sit and read and work, above the mattress used for sleeping.

Despite its small size, the innovative design has helped make the most of the area and is not cramped
