The number of years shall be determined on the principle of compatibility with the characteristics and operating procedures of each type of machine, the work volume of the work, the work size, construction tempo and other concrete conditions.

Compared with the content stated in Document No. 334/2017-GEOVN dated 12/3/2017 of Geotechnical Vietnam Joint Stock Company, if the design drawing construction, approved construction methods have been assigned Specify the required operating procedures of continuous vacuum pumps 3 shifts per day, the number of hours specified in the shift is 8 consecutive hours (the rest stop, preparation, maintenance ... are done outside hours of machines). The actual number of operating hours of a pump is determined on the basis of the project acceptance records, the construction work logbook, the statistics on the number of pumps, the life of the machine, the rules Determining and requesting technical time for maintenance and repair of machines ... The number of life-cycle operations shall be determined according to the depreciation duration prescribed by the Ministry of Finance.

In order to accurately determine the actual depreciation rate of the pump used for the project, the parties may hire qualified consultant organizations to perform the calculation.
