Located in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, H's House is a 4-storey house (one ground floor, two floors, one terrace) with a total construction area of nearly 350 m2 (4.5m x 19m). The homeowner wants to build a modern, airy house with lots of greenery.

The architect team came up with a solution to design two skylights, one in the middle of the house above the stairs, the other in the backyard.
This design allows light to circulate inside the house, creating air convection and creating a feeling of ventilation. Windows and doors are also calculated and placed in positions to make the most of natural light and wind entering the house.
The first floor includes the master bedroom, elevator, and children's bedroom. The second floor is the space of the common room and grandparents' bedroom. The third floor is the front terrace, back terrace, worship room, and warehouse.

The interior has a modern style, using white as the main color, creating a clean, fresh and luxurious space. The living room is arranged with a simple sofa and tea table, the walls are decorated with white rattan tiles up to the ceiling. The TV cabinet is placed at the corner of the stairs to optimize space.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with many modern appliances. Right next to the kitchen there is a backyard. This is also the location of the skylight on the upper floors, to bring natural light and wind into the house.

The second skylight located in the atrium helps bring in natural light, creating a close connection for three generations of the family. With the purpose of bringing convenience and ease of movement, the homeowner decided to install a glass elevator.

The bedroom is in a modern style, using the main white-gray color scheme to create a clean, luxurious feeling.

The space between public and private areas is arranged harmoniously, ensuring the presence of trees.

The terrace is arranged with many trees to create a cool, fresh green space for the house. With this design, homeowners can enjoy comfort and relaxation.
