The villa in Thuan An, Binh Duong was designed and built on a plot of land with an area of 790m2. The homeowner's task for the architects was to create a modern, unique space with optimal functionality; Both convenient for daily activities and comfortable and relaxing like a resort.

Xcons' team of architects solved the problem by creating an open design with a modern architectural shape, using dark tones combining stone, glass, wood and LED strips to create highlight on the facade. The structure adapts to the local climate, while ensuring openness for the house.

Specifically, the front of the villa is shaped in a modern way with horizontal balconies dividing the facade of the building in a balanced ratio, combined with large glass areas to create maximum ventilation for the building. In the yard and balcony, a variety of ornamental plants are planted, creating a green space.

Meanwhile, the back side is architecturally shaped like a large solid block, balancing the overall layout of the entire building. The "outer shell" is cut out at the end to give a sense of the wall surfaces. Glass is like the "core" inside; It not only creates a layer for the space, but also provides ventilation and convection throughout from the front to the back of the house.

A representative of the design and construction unit Xcons shared: "The project is built on a large plot of land with 3 sides directly exposed to outside weather conditions. Therefore, we calculate the architectural shape and divide the floor functions in detail to meet ventilation, air convection, and reduce heat and sunlight radiation with the following methods: 2-layer walls, balconies. With a large roof and large doors throughout the exposed areas. This is both effective and reduces the above limitations without losing high aesthetics."

Inside the villa is arranged reasonably. The first floor includes a lobby, shoe storage area, a large living room combined with entertainment space and kitchen - dining area. The spaces are almost not separated by masonry walls, creating maximum ventilation.

The second floor of the villa is designed with 3 self-contained bedrooms with private bathrooms and high-class dressing space. The second floor staircase hall combines a common living room next to a large atrium, with a wide field of view down to the first floor and the front garden, creating maximum ventilation.

On the 3rd floor there are 2 guest bedrooms, an altar room and a storage - laundry - drying area, combined with large balconies for family convenience and relaxation.

The design team also focuses on sophistication in every detail, bringing a "resort" quality to the villa. Not simply a home or a place to go home, this will be a place where homeowners can immerse themselves in a peaceful, green space, blending with aesthetically pleasing architecture. The outdoor porch is designed with bougainvillea roofing, underneath is a large sofa set surrounding a resort-like fireplace.
