78m2 apartment located in an apartment building on Minh Khai street, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.

Unsatisfied with the fragmented living space, the landlord sought Comma Studio to carry out a renovation project. Architect Nguyen Quoc Thanh and his colleagues tried to find a solution to harmonize the common space and the apartment in a flexible way.

The apartment after renovation: From the main entrance is the kitchen, dining and reception area connected with each other. Then there is the balcony. On the side are private spaces, two bedrooms and two toilets. Behind the bedrooms is also a balcony.

Architects have incorporated a wall / enclosure system into the central area of the apartment, which has the potential to control the connection between the most environs. The facades of this system interact directly with each area (two bedrooms, dining area) with different properties. The main bedroom's restroom seems to be "crappy" in this particular cabinet system.

In addition to storing discreet items inside the cabinet, there are plenty of niches around the cabinet to decorate and display multifunctional gadgets, helping to bring convenience to areas where it runs through.

For example, at the surface of the cabinet adjacent to the bedroom there is a folding table. When you need to learn to open the table. At school, the table is folded to help space spacious, airy.

The two doors to the two bedrooms are high ceilings, so that when open it will slide into the cabinet. Photo: Entrance to the parent bedroom, wooden door next door open toilet "sink" in the cabinet.

When these sliding doors are open, the private space of the apartment is merged into a large common space, bringing additional light and vision interactions. Photo: Entrance to your bedroom.

The apartment impresses with the blue tones of a warm wooden shade. These shades blend together in the natural light that gives a soft and relaxing shade to the overall space of the apartment.

Installation of high-grade interior equipment, the total cost of renovation of apartments is about 450 million. Construction time is two months.
