The planning area has an area of more than 2,335 hectares, including communes: Binh Phuoc, Binh Hoa, Binh Tri and Binh Thanh. Of which, Binh Hoa - Binh Phuoc industrial park has an area of about 910ha, including Binh Hoa - Binh Phuoc 1 industrial zone of 495ha and Binh Hoa - Binh Phuoc 2 industrial zone of 299ha.

This is an area planned for integrated, multi-industry industrial development, mainly light industry, supporting industry, high-tech industry, supporting industry development associated with Dong Dung Quat industry. The population size of the entire planning area is forecast to be about 11,000 people by 2045.

The goal of the planning is to deploy a number of main transportation infrastructure projects of the industrial park to attract strategic investors. After 2030, develop industry and services synchronously and perfect technical infrastructure. Invest in synchronous and modern development of infrastructure systems in the remaining areas of the industrial park towards a green industrial park, meeting high standards and a sustainable industrial park.
